Graduate Student Research Travel Award Application

Applications are accepted and reviewed by the Graduate School several times during the year. Submission deadlines are:

September 15 (for travel between September 15 - November 14)
November 15 (for travel between November 15 – February 14)
February 15 (for travel between February 15 – April 14)
April 15 (for travel between April 15 – July 14)
July 15 (for travel between July 15 - September 14)

A maximum of $500.00 may be requested for in-person conferences and a maximum of $200.00 may be requested for virtual conferences. Students may receive a total of $1000.00 in Travel Funding Awards per fiscal year (July 1 - June 30). The Graduate School will track your total awards.

If you will not receive this by the travel award application deadline, please provide any additional information or details you have. You MUST submit the invitation to present via email to gradfinaid@marquette.edu by the application cycle deadline. Failure to do so will make you ineligible to receive an award.
